- From feet on the floor straighten both legs and pull the trunk up.
- Take the feet to the left and right spreading the legs increasing the distance as far as you can
- To return walk both the feet back to feet on the floor
- Raise the chest
- Lift the back and buttocks by scooping the back flesh up with the hands
- Continue to widen the legs apart as your ability increases; the feet should not drop to the sides, but remain heels to the ceiling.
